What we do and whom we do it for:
The event season kicks off in earnest in April with The London Marathon- more than 20 units delivered in the early hours of Saturday Morning and collected again in the evening on Sunday. In to May and the first of many Corporate Events, Agricultural Shows, Rock Concerts and Trade Exhibitions commence, the month ends with Windsor Horse Trials. June entails more of the same including the ever-famous Glastonbury Rock Festival, June also sees the first Regatta of the year at Marlow. During the month we move into Hyde Park staying for around four weeks whilst the Park plays host to Capital FM's Party in the Park and various other Musical Events. As we move into July and the weather improves we are at the height of the season, locally we supply services for The Henley Royal Regatta, WOMAD festival and numerous Rallies, Carnivals and shows. Further a field we find ourselves in Kent for the county show, Northants for the Grand Prix at Silverstone, Essex for the Dagenham Show & Middlesex for the US Navy. We round off the month in Hampshire for the New Forest Show. From here we move into August, the V2005 music festival keeps us on the move with two events this month one in Essex the other in Shropshire. August is also jam-packed with local Folk Festivals, Jamborees and Musical Events the last one being the Reading Pop Festival which brings August to a close. September brings us the Horse Trials at Blenheim and the National Carriage Driving Championships. The Wokingham & Reading Show take us into Berkshire where we stay for Henley Show and Newbury Show, only diverting to supply the equipment for the Thame Show in Oxfordshire. As the summer season draws to a close October is upon us and with it the Horse of the Year Show at the NEC Birmingham. Halloween & Guy Fawkes follow on and then the run up to Christmas begins with outdoor corporate parties and accommodation required for the extra staff at several turkey farms in the area. This leaves just enough time for us to supply many of the New Years Eve celebrations in the area.
In amongst all of this we also supply units & services to over 300 other events & functions.
