ISO Quality Standard
Sur achieved certification in May 2004 to the prestigious and internationally recognised quality standard ISO 9001:2000. The scope of the certification covers the hire, transport and event management of temporary accommodation and hygiene facilities.
The certification and auditing are carried out by BM Trada Certification Ltd – certificate number 002/CO464.01. The general requirements of this standard are to document, implement and maintain a system of management and to improve the effectiveness continually.
The system is designed to:
a) identify the processes needed and determine their sequence/interaction
b) ensure that the operation and control of the processes is effective
c) provide resources and information to support the effective operation of processes
d) monitor, measure and analyse these processes
e) implement actions and improvements to achieve planned results.
